• Our WA-101 WA200 Automatic Spray Gun has perfect atomization effect and wide spray width which save your paiting cost and ensure your paiting quality.
• WA-101 Automatic Spray Gun with small orifice is suitable for painting on small objects. WA200 with bigger orifice is suitable for big objects paiting, and is often used on automatic paiting machine and paiting robot .
• The material of needle and spray tip are 316 stainless steel which is wearing and corrosion resistance
• WA-101 Automatic Spray Gun has high requirement for the air supply. So we suggest you install Pressure regulating filter. To adjust the air pressure at around 0.3 Mpa to 0.4 Mpa, at the same time the water and oil in the air will be filtered. It will highly improve the paiting quality.
Tips for cleaning the WA-101 WA200 Automatic Spray Gun
1,Clean the spray gun in time after using the it each time.
2, Using solvent to clean the surface of the spray gun
3, Use brush to clean the needle, nozzle and cap
4, Don't put the whole spray gun into the solvent since it will cause clogging
